EMPLOYEE QUESTIONS:

When do I get paid?

We know the importance of getting paid on time. Payouts occur weekly and promptly for hours earned that week.

How DO I GET PAID?

Exceptional Staffing, LLC can either issue a paper check or use a Direct Deposit method (funds go directly to an active bank account) You can set up Direct Deposit upon application for any job. Checks are either submitted to the place of work on Fridays, or may be picked up at the nearest available office.

What are the pay rates?

Pay rates do vary depending on the type of work, experience in the industry, etc. Rates range from minimum wage and up depending on the type of work, duration, overtime, etc. Average pay is $11-16 per hour.

Do you pay overtime?

Yes! Jobs requiring overtime hours will pay the standard, time and half for additional hours.

Do i need any special Training?

There is no specified training or educational certificate you need to apply. Certain jobs do require specific sets of skills that may need certifications i.e. forklift driver, but the majority of those situations will be dealt with upon hire. We do our best to pair our employees with the best fit for any individual skillset.
